Four-Step Consular Invitation Procedure
Under French consular directives, institutional letters of invitation are issued exclusively to verified scientific contributors and registered delegates.
Academic Verification
The applicant confirms registration status via a settled Delegate Pass or holds an official Letter of Acceptance from the Review Directorate for an oral/poster defense.
Electronic Intake
The applicant transmits passport biographical information, institutional credentials, and travel dates via the secure intake portal below.
Dossier Generation
The Secretariat drafts an individually serialized, stamped invitation citing the conference accreditation (14.5 Educational Hours), purpose of stay, and Paris host venue.
Consular Appointment
The applicant presents the verified letter alongside their visa application at the competent French Embassy, Consulate-General, or outsourced center (e.g., VFS Global / TLScontact).
Mandatory Schengen Visa Application Dossier
Consulates require a comprehensive, cross-referenced dossier. Ensure all supporting elements align with the official Secretariat invitation.
