Credentials, Attendance & Programmatic Standards
Establishing a collegiate, legally protected environment for sensitive pre-commercial translational research.
Registration for ADC-RadCon 2027 represents a binding agreement between the participating individual or sponsoring institution and Catalyst Colloquia. All delegates agree to uphold international scientific etiquette and comply with venue regulations.
Access credentials—including RFID badges and secure webcast credentials—are issued strictly for individual registered delegates. Unauthorized badge swapping or credential sharing within plenary auditoriums, break-out masterclasses, or virtual feeds is strictly barred.
The steering committee reserves the right to make minor curricular adjustments to the speaker schedule to accommodate clinical trial timelines or hospital duties of key faculty.

- Colleague substitutions permitted up to 14 days prior to assembly.
- Strict non-disclosure enforced across unpublished pipeline presentations.
- 14.5 Educational Contact Hours issued strictly upon attendance verification.
Intellectual Property & Media Rules
Protecting unpublished clinical pipelines and proprietary chemistry:
- Prohibition of Unauthorized Capture: Screen recording, unapproved audio capture, and high-definition photography of scientific slides are prohibited during podium lectures.
- Speaker Rights: Keynote slides and proffered abstracts remain the sole intellectual property of contributing investigators and their sponsoring clinics.
- Citable Proceedings: Citations of published materials are limited to abstracts cleared for formal inclusion in the printed assembly index.
Cancellations & Institutional Substitutions
Administrative deadlines for registration adjustments:
- Colleague Substitutions: Institutional colleague replacements from the same clinic or lab are supported without administrative penalty until April 07, 2027.
- Cancellation Notice: Written cancellations received before January 31, 2027, qualify for a refund less a standard 20% processing fee.
- Unforeseen Force Majeure: In the event of venue disruption, registered delegates receive full conversion to live hybrid webcast access.
