Sound-dampened private boardroom situated adjacent to the faculty lounge. Purpose-built for executing the 10 guaranteed bilateral buyer meetings with hospital radiopharmacy chairs and clinical PIs.
Saloon Beta (Strategic Matchmaking)
Multi-table executive suite flanking the Track 03/04 breakout rooms. Hosts the 6 guaranteed technical briefings for Strategic Briefing Partners with biotech heads of CMC.
Foyer Matchmaking Stations (01–06)
Branded turnkey briefing posts positioned along the central catering and networking artery, ensuring high visibility during morning and afternoon coffee intermissions.
Concourse Poster & Clinical Gallery
Central corridor accommodating 60 high-density scientific poster boards where presenting authors defend empirical research during moderated morning poster walks.

Exhibitor Setup & Dismantling Schedule
Turnkey briefing stations and private saloons are prepared in advance by the host venue team:
- Exhibitor Move-In: Tuesday, April 20, 2027 from 14:00 to 18:00 CEST. Badges and materials distributed at the Secretariat desk.
- Colloquium Operational Hours: Wednesday, April 21 (08:00–19:15) and Thursday, April 22 (08:00–17:30).
- Exhibitor Move-Out: Thursday, April 22, 2027 from 17:45 to 20:30 CEST. Courier pick-ups must be pre-arranged with the venue dock.
Freight, Shipping & Customs Protocol
Direct shipping instructions for overseas partners dispatching literature and display banners:
- Advance Warehouse Deliveries: Consignments must arrive between April 14 and April 19, 2027. Early deliveries will not be accepted.
- Customs Clearance (DDP): Overseas freight from the US/UK/Asia must be shipped under "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) terms to avoid French import tax delays.
- Consignment Labeling: Shipments must clearly state: ADC-RadCon 2027 / [Company Name] / [Station Number or Saloon].
